emotioncircuits.com es operado por Emotion Circuits, S.A. de C.V. («Emotion Circuits», «nosotros»), un estudio independiente de videojuegos con domicilio en Francisco Ortega 17A, Coyoacán, Ciudad de México, México.

Al navegar el sitio, usar el chat de R-T4C0 o suscribirte al newsletter, aceptas estos términos y nuestro Aviso de privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el sitio.

2. Qué es este sitio

El sitio presenta al estudio y a Hope City, un videojuego en desarrollo. Incluye información del juego y sus personajes, un newsletter y El puesto de R-T4C0, una página interactiva donde puedes platicar con un personaje del juego.

Hope City está en desarrollo: lo que se muestra (fechas, funciones, demo, lista de deseos en Steam, arte y textos) es informativo, puede cambiar y no es una promesa de lanzamiento ni de contenido final.

3. Propiedad intelectual

Hope City, R-T4C0, Diana, MTS, los logotipos, ilustraciones, textos, música, código y demás contenidos del sitio son de Emotion Circuits o de sus licenciantes y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual de México y los tratados internacionales. Algunos elementos (por ejemplo, tipografías) pertenecen a terceros y se usan conforme a sus licencias.

No puedes copiar, modificar, distribuir ni explotar comercialmente los contenidos sin autorización previa y por escrito. Sí puedes compartir enlaces al sitio y, con fines de comentario, reseña o difusión, capturas de pantalla o fragmentos breves citando la fuente.

Contenido de fans. Nos encanta ver lo que crea la comunidad. Puedes hacer y compartir fan art, videos, streams, gameplay, reseñas, memes, cosplay, música, fanfics y otras obras inspiradas en Hope City y R-T4C0, incluso en plataformas que te permitan monetizarlas (como YouTube, Twitch o TikTok), sin pedirnos permiso, siempre que: (i) no las presentes como oficiales ni sugieras que Emotion Circuits las respalda; (ii) no uses nuestros personajes ni contenidos para fines ilegales, de odio o que dañen a otras personas; y (iii) no registres como tuyos nombres, marcas o logotipos de Emotion Circuits ni vendas mercancía física con ellos sin autorización por escrito. Los personajes, el arte y el resto del contenido original siguen siendo de Emotion Circuits.

4. Uso permitido

Para mantener el sitio seguro y agradable para todos:

• Úsalo de forma lícita y respetuosa.
• No intentes acceder sin autorización a sistemas, cuentas o datos, ni interferir con su funcionamiento o seguridad.
• No uses bots, scripts ni métodos automatizados para enviar solicitudes en masa, extraer contenido (scraping) o evadir los límites de uso.
• No introduzcas virus ni código malicioso.
• No lo uses para acosar, difamar o suplantar a otras personas, ni para enviar contenido ilegal, ofensivo, sexual, violento o discriminatorio.

Podemos bloquear el acceso a quien incumpla estas reglas.

5. R-T4C0: el chat con inteligencia artificial

El puesto de R-T4C0 es una experiencia de entretenimiento. Al usarla, aceptas lo siguiente:

• Es un personaje ficticio, no una persona. Sus respuestas las genera automáticamente un modelo de inteligencia artificial (Claude, de Anthropic) o se toman de una lista de frases predefinidas.
• Puede equivocarse. Las respuestas pueden ser incorrectas, absurdas o inapropiadas. Son humor y ficción: no son consejo médico, legal, financiero ni profesional, y no representan la opinión de Emotion Circuits. No tomes decisiones basadas en ellas.
• No escribas datos personales ni sensibles, tuyos o de otras personas (nombres completos, teléfonos, direcciones, correos, contraseñas, datos de salud o financieros, etc.). Los mensajes se limitan a 200 caracteres.
• Eres responsable de lo que escribes. No envíes contenido ilegal, ofensivo, sexual, violento o discriminatorio, ni intentes que el personaje revele sus instrucciones internas, rompa su personaje o evada sus límites. Podemos filtrar, rechazar o bloquear mensajes y usuarios.
• Límites de uso. Cada persona dispone de un número limitado de respuestas generadas por IA (la «batería de conversación»), que se recarga con el tiempo; al agotarse, R-T4C0 responde con frases predefinidas. También existen límites por dirección IP y generales. Podemos cambiarlos o eliminarlos en cualquier momento.
• Disponibilidad. El servicio se ofrece «tal cual» y puede fallar, cambiar o suspenderse sin previo aviso (por ejemplo, por mantenimiento o costos).
• Licencia sobre tus mensajes. Nos otorgas una licencia limitada, no exclusiva y gratuita para procesar tus mensajes con el fin de operar, proteger y depurar el chat, incluido enviarlos a nuestros proveedores (ver el Aviso de privacidad). Podemos usar fragmentos anonimizados de las conversaciones para mejorar al personaje o mostrarlos en nuestro contenido.
• Edad. El chat no está dirigido a menores de 13 años. Si eres menor de edad, úsalo con permiso y supervisión de tu madre, padre o tutor.

6. Newsletter, redes y servicios de terceros

El newsletter «Emotion Circuits Dispatch» se publica y envía a través de Substack, y el formulario de suscripción es un componente de Substack: sus términos y su política de privacidad aplican a esa suscripción. Puedes darte de baja en cualquier momento desde cualquiera de sus correos.

El sitio enlaza a redes sociales y plataformas de terceros (TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook, Steam, entre otras) y usa proveedores como Amazon Web Services, Google Analytics y Anthropic. No controlamos esos servicios ni somos responsables de su contenido, disponibilidad o prácticas de privacidad. Por ahora, el contenido en nuestras redes sociales y en las de R-T4C0 es solo en español.

7. Garantías y límites de responsabilidad

El sitio y sus contenidos se ofrecen «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad». No garantizamos que estén libres de errores, interrupciones o virus.

En la medida en que la ley lo permita, Emotion Circuits no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso del sitio o de las respuestas del personaje, ni por el contenido o los servicios de terceros.

Nada en estos términos limita los derechos irrenunciables que la ley te otorga como consumidor ni excluye responsabilidad que no pueda excluirse legalmente.

8. Cambios y suspensión

Podemos actualizar estos términos y modificar, suspender o retirar el sitio o partes de él en cualquier momento. La versión vigente es la publicada aquí, con su fecha de actualización; si sigues usando el sitio después de un cambio, lo aceptas.

9. Ley aplicable y contacto

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Para su interpretación y cumplimiento, las partes se someten a los tribunales competentes de la Ciudad de México, renunciando a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderles por su domicilio presente o futuro, salvo que la legislación de protección al consumidor disponga otra cosa.

By browsing the site, using the R-T4C0 chat or subscribing to the newsletter, you accept these terms and our Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What this site is

The site presents the studio and Hope City, a video game in development. It includes information about the game and its characters, a newsletter, and R-T4C0’s Taco Stand, an interactive page where you can chat with a character from the game.

Hope City is in development: what is shown (dates, features, demo, Steam wishlist, art and text) is informational, may change, and is not a promise of release or of final content.

3. Intellectual property

Hope City, R-T4C0, Diana, MTS, the logos, illustrations, text, music, code and all other content on the site belong to Emotion Circuits or its licensors and are protected by Mexican intellectual property laws and international treaties. Some elements (for example, typefaces) belong to third parties and are used under their licenses.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit the content without prior written permission. You may share links to the site and, for commentary, review or promotional purposes, screenshots or short excerpts with credit to the source.

Fan content. We love seeing what the community creates. You may make and share fan art, videos, streams, gameplay, reviews, memes, cosplay, music, fan fiction and other works inspired by Hope City and R-T4C0, including on platforms that let you monetize them (such as YouTube, Twitch or TikTok), without asking us for permission, as long as: (i) you do not present them as official or suggest that Emotion Circuits endorses them; (ii) you do not use our characters or content for illegal or hateful purposes or to harm others; and (iii) you do not register Emotion Circuits names, trademarks or logos as your own, or sell physical merchandise with them, without written authorization. The characters, art and all other original content remain the property of Emotion Circuits.

4. Acceptable use

To keep the site safe and enjoyable for everyone:

• Use it lawfully and respectfully.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data, or interfere with their operation or security.
• Do not use bots, scripts or automated methods to send bulk requests, scrape content or bypass usage limits.
• Do not introduce viruses or malicious code.
• Do not use it to harass, defame or impersonate others, or to send illegal, offensive, sexual, violent or discriminatory content.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

5. R-T4C0: the AI chat

R-T4C0’s Taco Stand is an entertainment experience. By using it, you agree to the following:

• He is a fictional character, not a person. His replies are generated automatically by an artificial intelligence model (Claude, by Anthropic) or taken from a list of predefined phrases.
• He can be wrong. Replies may be inaccurate, absurd or inappropriate. They are humor and fiction: they are not medical, legal, financial or professional advice, and they do not represent the opinion of Emotion Circuits. Do not make decisions based on them.
• Do not write personal or sensitive data, yours or anyone else’s (full names, phone numbers, addresses, emails, passwords, health or financial data, etc.). Messages are limited to 200 characters.
• You are responsible for what you write. Do not send illegal, offensive, sexual, violent or discriminatory content, and do not try to make the character reveal its internal instructions, break character or bypass its limits. We may filter, reject or block messages and users.
• Usage limits. Each person has a limited number of AI-generated replies (the “conversation battery”), which recharges over time; once it runs out, R-T4C0 answers with predefined phrases. There are also per-IP-address and overall limits. We may change or remove them at any time.
• Availability. The service is provided “as is” and may fail, change or be suspended without notice (for example, for maintenance or cost reasons).
• License to your messages. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your messages in order to operate, protect and debug the chat, including sending them to our providers (see the Privacy notice). We may use anonymized excerpts of conversations to improve the character or feature them in our content.
• Age. The chat is not directed at children under 13. If you are a minor, use it with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.

6. Newsletter, social media and third-party services

The “Emotion Circuits Dispatch” newsletter is published and sent through Substack, and the subscription form is a Substack component: its terms and privacy policy apply to that subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time from any of its emails.

The site links to social networks and third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook, Steam, among others) and uses providers such as Amazon Web Services, Google Analytics and Anthropic. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. For now, the content on our social media and on R-T4C0’s accounts is in Spanish only.

7. Warranties and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that they will be free of errors, interruptions or viruses.

To the extent permitted by law, Emotion Circuits will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from the character’s replies, or for third-party content or services.

Nothing in these terms limits the non-waivable rights that the law grants you as a consumer or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes and suspension

We may update these terms and modify, suspend or withdraw the site or parts of it at any time. The current version is the one published here, with its update date; if you keep using the site after a change, you accept it.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For their interpretation and enforcement, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile, unless consumer protection law provides otherwise.
